At Padel Bears, we offer reliable and efficient delivery across the UK to ensure you get your padel gear as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, costs, and estimated times.

Standard Delivery:

  • Cost: £3.99

  • Estimated Time: 2-4 working days

  • Courier: DHL

Next Day Delivery:

  • Cost: £6.99 (FREE on orders over £70)

  • Estimated Time: 1-2 working days

  • Courier: DHL

We aim to deliver all 'Next Day Delivery' orders on the next working day. However, due to factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or high seasonal demand), delivery may occasionally take up to two working days. If you have any questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your delivery’s progress. Please contact us at support@padelbears.co.uk if you're having any issues tracking your order.

Delivery Restrictions:

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to certain locations at this time, including:

  • Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)

  • Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV, HS, KA27–28, KW, PA20–49, PA60–78, PH17–26, PH30–44, PH49–50, ZE)

  • Channel Islands (GY, JE)

  • Isle of Man (IM)

  • Isles of Scilly (TR21–25)

  • British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses
